Another edition of Celebrity Fight Night in Italy. The fundraising initiative in 2017 moved to Rome supported by the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center and the Andrea Bocelli Foundation, so much so that the opera singer was the protagonist and voice for the entire duration of the event. They helped to do justice to the style made in Italy and to tell it to the celebrities present through their cuisine, the chefs Euro-Toques Italy.
Among the invited top names of the international scene: from the unmistakable voice of Sir Elton John to Bocellihimself, from the Latin charm of Antonio Banderas to the unforgettable beauty of Sharon Stone. Alongside them, also Steven Tyler (Aerosmith), Sophia Loren, Carlos Slim, Princess Haya Bint al Hussein, Michael Radford, Bo Derek, John Corbett, Jacklyn Smith, Katie Couric, Luisa Ranieri, Luca Zingaretti and many others.
The association of cooks – the only one recognized by the EU – Euro-Toques Italy, cooked for them and many other guests. Dinner was in the hands of Euro-Toques cooks on September 8 at Palazzo Doria Panphilj, in Rome. The protagonist of the association between the stoves, in the first place, Enrico Derflingher, President of the Italy delegation and Euro-Toques International; Claudio Ceriotti, vice-president of the association (Koiné Restaurant, Legnano), the Michelin star Gianni Tarabini Sandro and Maurizio Serva (La Trout di Rivodutri, Ri), the Milanese bistellates Fabio Pisani and Alessandro Negrini (The Place of Aimo and Nadia, Milan) and Niko Sinisgalli (Tazio Boscolo Exedra, Rome).
